Many of our walkers, sitters, and overnight caretakers are in high demand. Due to the nature of the job, our contractors are often picking what jobs they will take on. If you decide to cancel service, we do reserve the right to determine if a cancellation fee is in effect for the following circumstances:
Our contractor shows up for the walk and a walk is no longer needed = 100% due.
A 24 hour notice is required to avoid any last minute cancellation fees.
Cancel the day before results in a 0% - 50% charge.
Cancel the day of results in a 100% charge.
Cancellation of overnight care could result in one full day's charge (typically $90). For more information on overnight care and overnight care cancellation policy, click here.
Emergency cancellations will be assessed on a case by case basis.

We understand that things come up at the last minute so we do our best to be flexible and accommodating in those situations. However, for most of our contractors, petcare is their livelihood. We make every effort to be on time for your pet; we expect the same consideration when canceling. In the case of emergencies, discretion will be used to determine if there is a charge or if it is waived. Thank you for your understanding.
