For the Love of Dogs, LLC offers full service pet care for Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas!

Dog Walks

  • Offering the following length walks:

    • 15 minute potty break

    • 30 minutes 

    • 45 minutes 

  • Can be daily, weekly, or on an "as needed" basis.

  • Can be broken up into walk and playtime.

  • We can arrange group playdates and walks for additional socialization.

  • We show up no matter the weather! Depending on the conditions, the walk may be shorter but we will supplement with playtime, and always ensure that your pet gets a potty break.

  • During the walk, we will practice basic leash manners and with your pup.

Check-Ins/Dog Visits

  • Typically 3 per day, but we can do as many as you need.

  • Offering the following lengths:

    • 15 minutes 

    • 30 minutes

    • 60 minutes 

  • For day trips or extended travel.

  • Includes bringing in the paper and mail, watering plants, changing lights and caring for your pet(s) - walks, feedings, TLC and playtime. 

  • Visits usually are typically AM (breakfast), PM (dinner), and LATE PM (bedtime), additionally there can be a 4th visit mid-afternoon for puppies, older dogs or any pet that requires the extra TLC!

  • Please Note: 15 minute visits include let out; 30 minute and 1 hour visits include a walk.

  • Please also note that our 15 min visit option is only available for households with up to 4 dogs.

Cat Visits

  • Offering the following lengths:

    • 15 minutes 

    • 30 minutes 

    • 60 minutes

  • Includes feeding, refilling the water bowl, playtime, and litter box maintenance. 

  • includes bringing in the paper and mail, watering plants, and changing lights around.

Overnight Care 

  • Available in our home (case-by-case basis) or yours.

  • We live at your home with your pets while you travel.

  • Includes everything that occurs during check-ins/visits, with the addition that we are also there with your pets.

  • Overnights in your home include breakfast, dinner, and bedtime walks/visits, and we stay with them overnight. Most of our regularly scheduled walks occur around the middle of the day, so our team may or may not be at your home during those times. There will be an additional charge if a mid-day visit is required, and depending on availability, it may not be the same sitter for the midday visits.

Doggie Daycare

  • A fun filled day in our home!

  • Your pup will enjoy playing with other dogs. 

  • Fenced yard with outside toys, dog beds, and more.

  • Dogs also allowed inside the home to play or rest.

  • Dogs are always supervised during playtime.

  • Available for dogs of all sizes.

  • Pick-ups and drop-offs included in the price!

Meet and Greet

Meet and greets give you an opportunity to meet your sitter and for them to meet you and your pets.

 

Please show the sitter where the food, leashes, poop bags, litter boxes etc. are.

 

If they are sleeping over, please show them their sleeping accommodations.

 

If there are any plants to be watered, please indicate which ones.

 

We will also bring in your paper and mail, and can take the trash and recycling out if requested. If you have an alarm system, please go over this with the sitter.
